DOING MY BIT FOR CHARITY
My 2019 Men’s Mental Health
Charity Commitment
Walking 240+ miles from Wigan to Brighton

I’m Doing It Again!
It’s easy to look back at the walks from the past two years. There was the infamous Amateurish adventures from Tynemouth to Solway for the Coast to Coast. Then the arduous London to Birmingham with the Fulham Supporters in their attempts to raise money for CALM.
It’s easy to look back with rose tinted glasses, thinking it’s amazing and I’d easily do it again but it was a bloody nightmare. My feet was in pieces, my hips were battered and I’ve been absolutely battered pounding the paths etc.
But like a wounded hero, I’m not going to give up and I’ll be smashing the paths and canals this year for my biggest achievement to date:
It’s early stages at the moment with decisions to be made but the first things are diet, excercise, fitness and preperation.
Having well over 240 miles to walk, it’s not just a test of physical strength but mental toughness too.
Here’s to the future! Please check out my video below:
